Certified & approved by the governing body CERTASS -  a  Trustmark scheme operator and a central government authorised body.  We are fully qualified time served tradespersons, most of whom have worked within the manufacturing of and installation of pvc-u windows, doors & conservatories for over 20 years, having exceptional experience and knowledge within the field. 

Accreditations

It is a legal requirement that all window/door installations are approved and certified by a governing body like CERTASS or FENSA. This maintains and improves industry standards by setting the highest standards and enforcing best practice in our industry, helping to protect customers against poor substandard workmanship.  Our customers received Insurance Backed Guarantees and with our Ultion Guarantee and optional (SBD) we go much further when it comes to high standards.

Insuranced Backed

  • Every window & door is designed, manufactured and built to last. As standard, we offer a 10 year manufacturer's guarantee from date of delivery - insurance backed for added security.   10 year anti corrosion guarantee on all Ultion hardware subject to registration, regular maintenance and cleaning.  We guarantee colour finishes on frame profiles and door slabs will not fade for 10 years as long as you regularly wash the product with warm soapy water.  Do not try to clean the products with solutions containing bleach or abrasive cleaners.

  • This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse and general wear and tear, like scratched handles, pitted, marked or broken letterboxes, scratched or broken glass after installation & snapped keys in locks.  

  •  In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the guarantee period, we will simply replace the faulty item. We will do our best to match any previous parts supplied, but due to availability of materials this may not be possible.

  • Any replacement part supplied will be covered by the warranty period activated from the original point of sale and supply and not extended.
